EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Pond Pro provides immediate service to customers by packaging, completing or manufacturing orders as they are received, and for this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Pond Pro at their discretion will provide assistance for customers wishing to return an item, and works on a case by case basis after the sale by networking through channels of resellers or other distributors. Pond Pro does not have a refund or exchange policy once the order has been fully processed, making all sales final.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or transfer of merchandise to outside resellers or distributors is non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from the resellers. 

Pond Pro reserves the right to decline any warranty where the product is not in like-new condition. Like-new means the complete product with all equipment, and/or accessories without damage (including without wear and tear). In the event Pond Pro decides to accept a return due to extreme circumstances there will be a minimum of a 25% restocking fee.

FURTHERMORE: Pond Pro does not manufacture all items included in the catalog and on the website, and acts as a third party distributor or reseller for some other companies and products. Any product not specifically manufactured by Pond Pro will be subject to the warranty provided by the original manufacturer and all claims must be handled with the outside manufacturer. Pond Pro will assist customers by connecting them to the third party manufactures warranty division. All parties release Pond Pro from any liability resulting from a claim that arises due to unresolved warranty issues between outside manufactures and the customer bringing the claim.
